1351: MMIP files can be dropped on Collection nodes [#7778]

MMIP installers can be drag & dropped on the Collection nodes (not the other nodes) and when doing so the Downloads node is made visible (no downloads though).

Tested on skinned 1351 on XP. Can anyone reproduce?

PS. It would be nice if you can drag & drop MMIP files anywhere on the MediaMonkey interface to install them.
