1352: UPnP cached files can be scanned in [#7784]

Using a custom location for the UPnP cache the files are scanned in when using Add/Rescan Tracks to scan the folder. I would assume it's better to ignore this folder like Virtual CD. Especially as it is a temporary folder (thus Dead Links would be created often).

Tested on skinned 1351 on XP. Can anyone reproduce or comment?
