MM4 Beta 1, Portable Mode help on installer?

MM4 Beta 1, Portable Mode help on installer?
The installer has a checkbox for Portable Mode, but it should also have some indication of what portable mode actually is. Perhaps some hover text with a quick description? Maybe a web link or something.

1353, Portable Mode help on installer?
1353 has a tooltip for portable mode, but on my monitor it stretches across the monitor from one side to the other, with no carriage returns. It would look much nicer with two or three carriage returns.
