1357: Clean install has no value for temp UPnP folder [#7782

On a clean install the temp UPnP folder has no value. MediaMonkey does work fine without value though.

Tested on skinned 1357 on XP. Added here: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=7782
