1363: iPod synch crashing

Connect iPod. Select iPod node. You have the bar that takes few seconds to reach the final state (the size of data on your iPod). If you start synch before the state is final iPod will crush. It displays 1 file being tagged and MM stops responding.

I can't reproduce this--tested with build 1383. Are you still able to?
