1367: Switching track in Properties flashes 1st tab [#7696]

When using the unskinned MediaMonkey.

1) Open Properties on a file
2) Switch to a different tab
3) Click next file button
4) It seems the Basic tab briefly flashes before loading the correct tab

Tested on unskinned (skinned doesn't seem to do this) 1367 on XP. Can anyone reproduce?
