1367: Bookmarked MP4 starts at beginning [#7786]

When loading a bookmarked MP4 (video vodcast file) that's supposed to start somewhere in the file MediaMonkey briefly starts with the beginning before jumping to the correct playback position on start of playback.

Tested with skinned 1367 on XP. Added as: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=7786
