1368: Switching tabs in Device triggers save setting [#7722]

When you open a portable device node in the Media Tree and switch tabs and then navigate to another node in the Media Tree it will show popup that changes were made and if you want to save them despite that no changes were made.

Tested on skinned 1368 on XP. Added as: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=7722
