1368: Switching view and horizontal scroll changes [#7718]

When switching between Details and Art with Details views the horizontal scroll keeps changing:

1) Set view to Details and scroll all the way to the beginning (left)
2) Set view to Art with Details and scroll all the way to the beginning (left)
3) Set view to Details
4) Now notice the Details view is not scrolled to beginning
