1375: auto-convert to flac [0] not saved [#7815]

If I set auto-covert to flac with compression at 0, when I go back in to auto-convert, it has reset itself to 6. To reproduce:

1. Launch MM.
2. Go to "Options"/"Media Sharing" click on the UPnP server name, "Auto-conversion" tab.
3. Set the streaming format to FLAC (Compression level: 0)
4. OK all the dialog boxes.
5. Go back in and check the format, it's changed itself to FLAC (Compression level: 6)

any other compression level works fine, it's only when you change it to 0 that it resets itself.

Tried on 2 different machines with the same outcome.
