Input plug-in configuration [#7832]

Post by pietzke »

If you go to tools - options - input plug-ins you get an "about" and a "configure button.

If there is nothing to configure, there's three different actions...

1.) the Configure button is greyed out
2.) you get a message saying there's nothing to configure
3.) the "about" window pops up

Maybe this could be done more consistent. I'd prefer 1.)

I'm fairly certain this is controlled the the specific input plugin. Since not all the input plugins are developed by the MM team (some are open source or made by other developers), we don't really have full control of this.

It seems though that those that say MediaMonkey fail to gray out the Configure button. Also video player is called Media Monkey V... instead of MediaMonkey V... and the same for the AAC player.
