[bug#7929] No fullscreen on higher resolution second diplay

I don't know how I should or where to report that, but my main display is 1600x900 and my tv is 1900x1080. When I try to maximize a video, the video only take the resolution of the main screen, not the maximum resolution of the screen it is displayed in.
