1395 Volume hotkey control [#8008]

Ctrl+Alt+Up and Ctrl+Alt+Down seem to control the player volume. There seems to be a problem with the implementation though:

1) When using Ctrl+Alt+Up/Down multiple times at will at some point stop working on volume, but instead move the selection box up/down in the File listing
2) Ctrl+Alt+Up/Down have no affect on the microplayer even when making sure you click on it to make it active
