Window controls do not function after restore from hibernate

Window controls do not function after restore from hibernate
When I restore my system from hibernate the window control buttons (minimize, maximize, close) do not respond until I activate the MM window from the taskbar - just clicking in the window has no effect. Running MM 4.0.0.1400 on Win7SP1 64-bit - this behavior has been the same for all versions of MM4.

Hi Nevans,
Thanks for the report. I was hoping that you were right, because I'd observed the problem once and was unable to replicate it. Unfortunately, going into hibernation didn't seem to trigger the problem on my system.
If you have any other thoughts re. specific steps that are triggering it, I'd love to hear.
Thanks.

Re: Window controls do not function after restore from hiber
Hi Rusty,
If you PM me your email address I'll send you a screencap of the menubar when MM starts this behaviour - it's quite different from the one in the issue tracker.

Re: Window controls do not function after restore from hiber
I have upgraded to 4.0.0.1408 and now the maximize and close buttons work after coming back from hibernate, but minimize still doesn't work. Also, MM is always opened on my desktop when I come back from hibernate even if it is minimized when I go into hibernate.
