[1402] Keyboard shortcuts disabled in MM dialogs [#8222]

Whenever there is a a popup window open for example "tag window" or even a drop down page like "tools/play/etc." in mm4 it "disables" some keyboard shortcuts like ctrl+b;ctrl+n;ctrl+o... etc....

Global hotkeys work fine.

Not when you do tagging, when you have that window open you CAN'T do functions like "crtl+b"; "crtl+n"; "ctrl+o".I don't have a multimedia keyboard i have to manually press them on mine. If im listening to an album and tagging at the same time and there plays a song and i dont want to listen to that song, i can't stop it or skip to the next one because the taggging window is open, i have to use the mouse and hover down to the mm and use the aero pop up to stop the song or skip.

When set as Global hotkeys do work when MM has a window open (like Properties or Options) otherwise they don't work.

Actually Nohitter151 pointed that out, and I'm not sure it is supposed to be like that as you're still in MediaMonkey when opening new windows.

you explained it in a way that i understood I Just don't understand with mm3 it was never a problem i could be tagging files and skipping through songs without a problem
