Shouldn't the DEL hotkey work to remove tracks from a static playlist, if you select tracks and hit the DEL key, my assuption is it will bring up the remove dialog for what the user wants to do?

No, but I think my problem might be unrelated. For some reason whenever I update to a new build I have to go in and save the hotkeys again. Although I do not do anything to them, I just have to go to the hotkeys option sheet then save out of it. I do not know what the problem is but I always lose my hotkeys although these are the only ones that I have:

Re: [1413] Remove Tracks from Playlist - DEL hotkey
Regular, but the pic I posted are the way I want my hotkeys to be. I deleted all the others because I do not use them and it was too hard trying to remember which ones were active and which ones that come with MM. So I deleted all the others but this hasn't fixed the problem I am having getting my hotkeys to be remembered without having to keep saving them. I asked in url=http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... 55#p305955] this [/url] thread about hotkeys because I wanted to check to see if they were located where they were supposed to be. I am not sure when this problem started because I do not use hotkeys too often because I cannot remember which ones I have set up so I just stick to the ones for my media keys, but they keep losing focus, which is a major pain in the a$$ because I use them all the time.

Re: [1413] Remove Tracks from Playlist - DEL hotkey
I don't understand fully what the problem is.
Do you say that if you delete all hotkeys except the hotkeys on the screenshot and update from build 1418 to build 1419 that all the deleted default hotkeys are back?
Note that this happens if you upgrade from MM3 -> MM4, but this is intended, because in MM4 we added a new set of default hotkeys. But upgrading from MM4.1418 to MM4.1419 shouldn't cause any change to hotkeys.
