Fullscreen video, next track issue [#7751]

Post by capricorn180 »

This seemed to creep in a couple of builds ago I noticed. When watching video in fullscreen and clicking next track, the program comes out of fullscreen into the full-windowed (unmaximized) mode, clicking next again drops it back to the default video in the bottom right corner mode. To get to fullscreen again you have to click the icon or double click the interface as usual.

It used to keep fullscreen when selecting next track when a video is playing. 'Previous track' doesn't have this behaviour and keeps fullscreen, it's just with 'next' .

I use the portable installations, I've installed a clean copy to check as well and it still happens, no errors come up.

Thanks for a great program.

[1419] Fullscreen Video, previous track issue [#7751]

Post by capricorn180 »

I've posted about this one before Build 1370 Fullscreen video issue, it was fixed back then but it seems to be back in a different form, with 'previous track' not next track. I'm not sure what build it started doing it again but it's the same issue, just with previous track.

When watching video in fullscreen and clicking previous track, the program comes out of fullscreen into the full-windowed (unmaximized) mode, clicking previous again drops it back to the default video in the bottom right corner mode. Doubleclicking it will not make it fullscreen.

It used to keep fullscreen when selecting previous track when a video is playing. 'Next track' doesn't have this behaviour and keeps fullscreen, it's just with 'pervious' .

I use the portable installations, I've installed a clean copy to check as well and it still happens, no errors come up.

When I view in full-screen and click Previous, it changes to the previous video but the program briefly comes out of full-screen into, 'default' mode. Then it immediately pops into 'full-windowed' mode and stays there.

When I click Previous again it just does the same again - brief 'flash' into default then straight into full-windowed.
capricorn180 wrote:Doubleclicking it will not make it fullscreen.
Did you mean from full-windowed mode, after clicking Previous took it out of full-screen? For me, double-clicking does make it full-screen.

Yes it works fine for me too. When I view in full-screen and click Next, it changes to the next video and stays in full-screen.

Sorry I don't have any answers for you but I hope it helps confirm any kind of bug.

Working fine now, apologies for being unable to follow up after posting the report the last few days, glad to see it's sorted out.
