1419: In Art View, when scrolling, AA overlaps [#8293]

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go into View->Show Art view
2. Have MM in window mode
3. Make sure tracklist area is small enough to only show one row of AA
4. Scroll up or down....Notice AA overlap each other

Bump, still occurs in 1420. Can anyone else reproduce?
