1430: Lots of debug in the regular version [#8382]

While debugging my device plugin for MM I see lots of traffic in the Delphi Event log window which is coming from the MM executable.

I have the regular version of the MM executable installed so I would not have expected to see this; the debug triggers are usually omitted from the binaries to improve runtime speed. Has it been included in error?
