Full screen for dlna video renderer [#8402]

Post by vapkse »

Hello.

I try to put MM on the TV computer as dlna renderer, but I don't found any options to play the videos by default in full screen.

That mean, if I control the MM renderer from a tablet or a phone as remote control, I need to use the mouse and put the video in full screen.

If I change the movie, I loose the full screen again.

Can you do something for this problem?

Thanks

Shouldn't video be opened in last mode used? So if you last played a video in full screen shouldn't the next video play in full screen as well? If that's the case and it doesn't work in this specific DLNA situation it would seem to be a bug.

An option to always force video into certain mode would still be nice too though.

The last mode used does not work from the dlna remote. If I change a movie played in full screen, the client stop the movie, and mm reappears. After that mm wait a little time and start the new one. The new movie playback in small screen.

But anyways, the option will be a good think. I see this option in xbmc.
