[1434] MM Crashes when closing with WASAPI on pause [#8408]

Hey,

Mediamonkey 4.0.0.1434 crashes when being closed while a song is paused, using WASAPI output plugin. All other output plugins don't reproduce this crash.

It also creates no log for this crash. So here's the Win7 Crashlog:

I can't reproduce. Is it specific to any audio formats? Any particular settings in the WASAPI plugin?

I can't reproduce either, after restarting my machine. Sorry.

But now it always sets Volume to 0, after starting MM.

Plus I have a lot of trouble with hibernation.

I'm using an Aune Mini USB DAC as output device.

When I hibernate my pc, without closing MM, it doesn't start playback after wake anymore. Restarting MM doesn't help it. Only solution is to restart the pc.

MM is the only player, I encounter this prob with.

Using the onboard soundcard, it doesn't mess up.

So I guess it is something about the MM-output-plugin accessing the USB soundcard with the wrong timing.

Don't really know how to log this. If you explain me how, I'll do asap.

Updated to 1436, but still sets volume to 0 at each start.

Please try #1438--a WASAPI-related issue that might have triggered this behavior was fixed.

Let us know one way or the other, and if it still exists, please send a debug log.
