Can you please send a debug log?

That'll give us the information needed to figure out why this is happening. Thanks.

i already used the bug reporting system from the debug version of mediamonkey beta. For the last three testbuilds. But until now i thought, it never reached someone.

jjsr,

We haven't received any eLogs from you. If MM crashed, it's possible that the log file never made it to us before the crash.

Can you please send a debug log using dbgview and also manually send the automatically-generated MediaMonkey.elf?

Thanks!

-Rusty

[EDIT: scratch that--I thought you were referring to automatically submitted logs--I see that you sent in a report via eSupport. Thanks!]

So far we don't have enough info to analyze the issue. Maybe you could try to start with a clean DB (and save the current one) to see, whether this fixes the issue for you.

Thank you all for your help!
Anything was serious wrong with my system. So i did a fresh install from scratch and tried the
latest Mediamonkey 4 RC. And it starts without problems on my x64 machine.
Will dig into it deeper later after setting up my mediathek

Thanks so far and nice weekend!
