System:
Windows 7x64
12 Gb Ram
Intel Core i7 @3.2
Media Monkey 4.0.0.1442 (Debug)
iTunes 10.4.1.10
I have two ipods:
An iPod Classic - that seems to work just fine with MM3 & 4
An iPod touch that Media Monkey does not recognize. Software 4.3.5. Build 8L1. I have no idea what generation it is
The iPod touch is recognized by iTunes, but not by MM. I was under the impression that this had been fixed in a previous beta - but apparently not (or broken again)
If you require any other information, please just ask.
Does anyone know where to find the debug log file - cos I can't find one
Sean

Wierd
Today the iPod touch is recognized by MM - but MM crashes after plugging in the iPod whereas previously MM didn't crash but didn't recognize the iPOD
I have a debug log which I will upload as soon as I figure out how to

Sean,
we aren't able to reproduce any issue and also the log doesn't reveal enough info. I wonder, is there anything specific to your test case? Do you just plug the device in MM and it crashes soon then? In case there's something going on, it might help to capture it on a video.
Thanks,
Jiri

OK - I admit it. After a couple of days in which the damn program won't cooperate. I get a debug report of the problem where the MM just crashes as soon as I plug the iPod touch in. Including multiple uninstalls and reinstalls etc all to no avail.
I now can't duplicate the problem. MM, like a good piece of software recognizes the iPod touch with no problems and I have synced 60GB of stuff to it
Bloody computers
