[1450] Focus dont return to the grid. [#8617]
Hello. I have a list of files and I tag some files with Ctrl+L. When the popup close, the focus dont return to the grid and if I click Ctrl+R, the entire list will be moved and not just the selected (and tagged) files.
Re: [1450] Focus dont return to the grid.
I can't reproduce on 1451:
1) Select file
2) Ctrl + L
3) Auto-Tag
4) Close
5) Ctrl + R
correct file is selected.

File are selected but the grid dont have the focus:Lowlander wrote:I can't reproduce on 1451:

After Ctrl + R, the 100 files will be moved, but only 10 are selected, because the focus is on the tree and not on the listview.
I just try with 1541, and the problem persists.
Re: [1450] Focus dont return to the grid.
So you're saying that the Auto-Organize Files window doesn't reflect that the 100 files are selected?
Here it just Auto-Organized the one file I selected. Not all files in the node.

Yes, when I open the popup, I just have 10 files selected, but when I close the popup, the 10 files are always selected, but because the focus goes to the treeview instead the list view, the Ctrl+R will move the entire content of the folder.
This is just a foucs problem, the Ctrl+R is correct, the selected files are correct, but the focus is on the tree instead the list. If you return the focus to the list, with a right click, (because with a left click, you loose your selection) the right selected files are moved.

vapkse,
Thanks for the report--but unfortunately, I can't reproduce this one either. Are there any other steps that you're taking? Is it specific to a view?
Perhaps the best approach would be if you could post a link to Jing video.
Thanks for your help and patience on this.

Hello Rusty
I post a video here

During I make the video, I see that the issue is very difficult to reproduce if the tagged album is not the first of the list (but possible), and very easy with the first album. May be a coincidence.
