Rebuild Database
Rebuild Database can't be found in context menu or device profile. The problem is that I've synced my files, but the iPod Touch iOS5.0 still shows the old files.

Ok, then we'll have to troubleshoot as to why the iPod Touch fails to see files synced to it by MediaMonkey.

Re: Rebuild Database
Yes, still struggling with this problem. Some syncs seem to work and have the iPod Touch recognize the files, others don't. Added debug log of failed sync here: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=9286

I spoke to soon. Although syncing with MediaMonkey does allow me to play files on the iPod Touch (yeah) only some files/playlists are shown on the iPod Touch of which some files are greyed out.

Here is my experience with build 1484
I can sync tracks with my iPod touch (60 GB running IOS5.1). Both tracks than can be just copied ( MP3) and those that have to be converted (FLAC) appear on the iPod when viewed from MM. They will not play in MM. On the iPod itself the MP3 tracks do appear but only the first track of the album can be played; the others are grayed out. The converted tracks do not appear on the iPod itself. When the iPod is connected to iTunes the simply copied tracks (MP3) are all listed but only the first track will play; if I click on any other track the iTunes ! appears. The converted tracks (FLAC) are listed but they all get the !.
I also have a standard iPod (running the latest software, 1.3) I synced exactly the same tracks that I had the difficulties with on the iPod Touch and they work perfectly on this iPod. They play in MM, in iTunes, and on the iPod itself.
