nonskinned mode doesn't look right [#10823]

I'm running Win7 x64 (Intel core 2 duo/integrated graphics), and this is the most recent (4.1.0.1630) build of the beta.

When I run the beta in skinned mode, it looks fine, but when I attempt to use it nonskinned I get these unsightly white blocks around the buttons and the player bar. I have a screenshot that I can upload, if this issue is unfamiliar (and if someone can point me to where I should upload it to).
