MM crashes while ripping cd [#14472]

Hi,

Mediamonkey crashes while ripping a cd, i can reproduce it all the time. Attached is my debug log.

Steps to reproduce
1. Rip cd (right click on cd and select "rip audio cd")
2. While cd is busy ripping go to "my computer node"
3. Go to where you told mm to save your rips (in my case it is C:\"User"\Music\CD Rips)
4. Once you reach the album folder and click to expand it, mm will crash.

Just in case, my rip settings are

mp3 , preset "insane", directory as stated above.

A fix is included in the latest beta (4.1.19.1856)--hot off the press.
