1511 Device rename fail [#10383]

1) Configure a generic device with Drive Letter of a HD, and Device Name changed from the default.
2) Ensure the name has appears on Summary and media tree.
3) Change Device Name http://img849.imageshack.us/img849/121/mediamonkey.png

Expected: Summary and media tree show new name
Observed: Summary and media tree fail to show new name, continuing to show old.
