[FIX] Send To -> Playlist -> Missing Playlist!

[FIX] Send To -> Playlist -> Missing Playlist!

This has just happen to me:

"B" is an old playlist which I deleted a few days ago, yet it still shows up in the Send To -> Playlists, yet it NOT listed with the other podcasts!
I cant tell you how it happen, it just has!
Ive closed mediamonkey, and reopen - still there, restart the PC - still there!

MediaMonkey 3.1.0.1256
OS: Windows 7 RC1 (7100)

Does File > Maintain Library with complete optimization selected solve this?

Just tired that and no it doesn't (quick and complete). Any other ideas?

For the record if anyone is reading this with the same problem:
Edit this file with notepad:
"%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\MediaMonkey\MediaMonkey.ini"

Search (Ctrl + F):
[SendToPlstHist]

Remove everything under that (untill [SendToFldrHist])
