Some scripts often write data of settings incorrectly in "mediamonkey.ini" when Japanese characters are included in the data.
For instance, ExportM3Us, ExternalTools, MagicNodes, and MonkeyRok, etc. are so.
In many cases, not the entire characters but a part of characters are corrupted.
I don't think this cause is in each script, because this issue seems to resemble 0004346 closely.

I found another one.
A similar problem seems to occur when "DisplayName =" and "Description =" in "Scripts.ini" are rewritten in Japanese and saved in utf8 code.
