Crash when two devices are connected

Post by Chunk »

I have both an iPod touch and an iPhone 3GS. When trying to open MediaMonkey with both of these devices connected, it crashes.

I guess it would be REALLY nice if both devices could appear in the list and you could work with both devices, but it'd be nice if I could listen to music whilst charging both my devices also.

That's a known issue. You cannot use multiple iPods or iPhones at a time with MM.

No mention of crash there.
Or there.

Jiri mentions "some problems" can occur, I assume that a crash could be considered "a problem".

Hi Chunk,

Does this occur with MediaMonkey 4 (available in the beta forum)?

If no, please let us know.

If yes, can you generate a debug log as described at:
http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=6&t=341

That'll give us information needed to figure out why this is happening. Thx.

Does not crash, but doesn't recognize two devices at once. So I would say it is fixed.
