1248 Deleted Playlist's tooltip remains [#5858]

EDIT:

1 Click on a playlist with name longer than tree pane width can accomodate, so a toolip is shown e.g.


2 Tap DELETE then ENTER

Expected: tooltip disappears
Observed: old tolltip left showing though a different playlist is now under the mouse cursor e.g.


Persists on 1256.
