1256 Auto-Sync All Music checkbox can fail to accord [#5863]

1 On Auto-Sync list Music tab, checkmark one of two location sub-nodes, leaving the other clear:

and see that All Music shows a block
2 Click OK
3 Reopen same dialog and tab

Expected: All Music checkbox still shows block.
Observed: All Music checkbox shows clear:

Functionality has been changed in MM 4.0 report back in case you find it non functioning

I have tried and could not replicate with MM 4.0.0.1317
