1256 Now Playing drag to move shows plus [BUG# 5892]

1256 Now Playing drag to move shows plus [BUG# 5892]

1 In the docked Now Playing window, drag a track from one position to another

Expected: cursor icons does not show plus, given this operation is a move .
Observed: cursor icon show plus.
