1256 CTRL+Drag to Classification fails to show plus [#6015]

1 CTRL-drag a track and hold above e.g. Classification | Tempo | Very Slow

Expected: plus sign on cursor icon, because drop will add to, not replace, track's Tempo.
Observed: none

Win XP SP2.

CTRL Gesture is for Tags fields capable to store multi values (Genre, Artist,...)
