1304 Add/Rescan uncheck only child folder does parent [6853]

Expected: parent remains checkmarked
Observed: Parent gets uncheckmarked, and MM disallowed setting only its checkmark, preventing selection of only the files directly in the parent folder.

The problem is that MediaMonkey doesn't allow you to only select a parent without having any child folders selected, so it doesn't matter if it's only one or many child folders.

Workaround is to drag & drop the files from Windows Explorer onto the Library node.

More precisely: MediaMonkey allows you to only select a parent without having any child folders selected, but then it selects the child folders.
