OGG streams do not play [#8455]

Hey everyone

My stream keeps on resetting on me when i am using the free edition of mediamonkey

why is that

What's the stream URL and which version of MediaMonkey are you using? Does the same resetting happen in other programs?

Hey guys

the stream only resets when you use mediamonkey on icecast .ogg servers

and my mediamonkey version is 3.2.5.1306

so what could be wrong then

What about build 1440 which is the last build and for which it is set as fixed.

Am I mistaken or is the bug listed as fixed? I've had this problem for quite some time in multiple iterations of Media Monkey. Currently 4.0.3.1476, it starts as slight skipping and after some time degrades into a twenty second loop. Does this on all streams, but the two I use most constantly are:

Any suggestions?

sir_peppiny: the issue is about OGG streams, your streams are MP3 and work ok for me (and I don't know about any similar issue). Is your Internet connection ok? Please upload us debug log, maybe it shows something.

I did sort of hijack the OGG thread, which I apologize for, but after searching through the forum, this was the only recent place that mentioned the same symptoms I have. The problem has persisted over several different internet connections (different routers, ISPs, and even computers).

Installed the debug MM and I'll run it a few times tomorrow to get a couple reports. I'll let it run each time until it gets stuck in a loop. Could be long debugs though, since it varies each time.
