Toolbar 4-way cursor problem

I put all my toolbars on one row together, with "Shortcuts" at the leftmost. Quite often when I go to click the back button, I accentily click the 4-way arrow cursor. This causes the toolbar to jump to the row below. Here's a screencast to demonstrate: http://screencast.com/t/rbqWxpdcS

This happens with all toolbars except "Navigation", when positioned to the left or right, above the "Media Tree" or "Now Playing".
