V4 Can't Auto-Tag from Publisher->Unknown [#8769]

Earlier today I ungraded to version 4 (4.0.0.1459) to regain Auto-Tagging From Web.

Out of curiosity, I explored the Publisher->Unknown node. Much to my surprise, all of the Auto Tools (especially Auto-Tag From Web) are greyed out for the tracks in this node.

When I look at one of these Publisher-less albums using Album & Album Artist however, I can Auto-Tag the tracks.

Surely one of the uses for an "Unknown" category is to flag up albums that need retaggong / Auto Tagging?
