Tray icon's "Restore" command doesn't work [#8889]

Tray icon's "Restore" command doesn't work [#8889]

On my system the "Restore" command of MM4's tray icon doesn't work when MM4 is minimised or maximised.

MediaMonkey version: 4.0.1.1461
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit SP1

Furthermore the tray icon's "Restore" command is visible and active even if MediaMonkey isn't minimised or maximised which is not compliant to Windows standards.
