1511 Failure of generic device to appear untilChange[#10388]

1) Follow instructions to configure a device using the generic plugin http://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/index.p ... evices/4.0, setting the Drive letter to P:, a SUBST letter to HD http://img687.imageshack.us/img687/4792 ... betare.png
2) Click Summary

Expected: device connected
Observed: "The device is not connected" http://img405.imageshack.us/img405/4792 ... betare.png

4) On Options, click OK
3) Looks for device in media tree

Expected: device appears
Observed: device fails to appear

Workaround: In Device Profile, Device Configuration, change Device Name from New Device to e.g. MMDAP.

This with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit using Windows Classic theme.
