Here's a skin I've been working on for a few months now, based on the last.fm website.

Nice Skin , but a few things,

-I get an installation Error with the Song Info Panel.
-Is the MonkeyRok skin going to be improved a little bit? I think it looks great but the similiar artists are shown in CD-cases which doesn't look very good

Any suggestions? It seems to be a problem with all MR skins (some similar artist pictures are too large for the border).

I didn't like how the player resized (seemed to be disproportionate for my needs), but this is a themed skin so it is cast in a style. In that regard, I found the contrast between player and skin colour a little jarring. It does remind me of the site, though

looking at it a second time, it's growing on me. I kind of like how it comes off en masse. I'll keep using it

It might be, I'll have to look into it a little further. I'll try to have something posted here around 12 hrs from now.

I wasn't able to make only the artist pictures borderless without removing the border for the small album art, but I was able to make a compromise. I have updated the new MR skin, you can download from the first post. The solution isn't perfect, but I think that it is better than before. I implemented a few other small changes as well (in the MR skin only) - let me know what you think!

Could the column-titles be down-sized a bit? Just like in the Agora skin or something. I constantly got the feeling it is oversized :S
And could the headers of some panels (like MR, SI, Embedded Minilyrics) also be written in white?

Those were my few suggetions, I hope you agree.

Is there a black version? I find the red to be a bit much, I don't like skins that pull my eye from whatever else i might be doing, and red does that. (I have 2 monitors so it is not uncommon to have MM in one and web stuff or whatever in the other) and I use the black version of the last.fm website

No, not yet, though I'm planning on releasing one soon.

Unfortunately I'm at work and I can't see the picture you've posted (photobucket seems to be blocked here) but I'm guessing the problem is that you see an empty album art box one or more times in the skin? That is the way it is supposed to be.. you can just make the miniplayer smaller (resize it) to get rid of those.
