While burning 18 songs to Cd (55min Total) The progress bar showed process burning fourth item in list, then an error message popped up saying there was a burn error and gave error code "264195". Click options were to Retry or quit. I quit process in order to look at CD.
All 18 tracks appear as "track cda" entries, text names (selected) did not write. Only the first two tracks of the 18 are actually playable.
I moved the CD to another system just to see if it opens and it did but as in the previous system, only the first two tracks are playable. CD appears to be finalized but not sure. Another curious item, all the track sizes are 44 bytes on the burned CD.
Retried the process again using a new CDR and the exact same error condition returned.
Moved the tracks to be recored to flash drive, moved the flash drive to another system with MM 255 installed, retried burn of the same tracks and process completed successfully, all 18 tracks burned with text and are playable.
Any words of wisdom on this??

Re: MM 1057 - Burn Errors
If you're burning on an XP system using MM3A7, some problems have been experienced with burning and the developers expect them to be corrected in the next release.Goody wrote:While burning 18 songs to Cd (55min Total) The progress bar showed process burning fourth item in list, then an error message popped up saying there was a burn error and gave error code "264195". In the meantime, uncheck "on the fly" burning in burning options, as it may be causing the problems you're experiencing.
Good luck, Danny
Danny,
Thanks for the reply. I Unchecked "on the Fly" option and tried the burn again but it did not work.
The Burn started, then appeared to pause for about 30 seconds then started again showing the first selection title, then crashed again with a different error code this time (199680).
Any hint as to when the next release will be out?

As soon as possible and all fixes/adds we schedule for this update are done (if nothing urgent happened).
