MM fails once in a while

Sporadic MM will fail and show the an error message: Access violation at address 041211c2. read of address 04121c2.

The only think that can be done is to restart the machine.

mm 2.2.2
pc 700mhz

A debug log would help with a description whether this can be reproduced somehow, if it seems to happen only after some action, etc.
