Toolbar configure - cut/copy/paste (Build 1209) - BUG#5173

I just removed the cut/copy/paste options form the "Edit" toolbar.

How do I get them back? They seem to have disappeared and are not in any of the "available actions" column.

They should be in the Other folder.

They are not in the "other" folder, nor in any forlder.
