Ignore Prefixes for Artists

Just wondering what I need to type in the options box to get MM to ignore a '*' before an artist. (Band name: *Shels) Call me weird, I just don't like it at the top of my list.. At the moment, the only other ignored prefix is 'the'.

is working for me, but only if there is a space after the asterisk/star in the name, unfortunately. Cheers!

Yeah that seems to be my problem, I could always change the Artist name... :O

I'm resurrecting this post to say that I wish this functioned differently so I that I too could ignore '*' before an artist name. Requiring a space is kind of silly. I also have '[adult swim]' but if I wanted to ignore '[' I wouldn't be able to.
