Now con can select which fields are searchable, I'd like to see connected with each view.
The Options node "Library/Search" can stay there outside as the "None" view's, and also add it to the "Edit Filter And View Options" dialog

Re: "Search the following fields..." for each view
I don't understand what you mean, what are none views? In the search you can already define if you want to search in the current selection, the filtered library or the whole library. And adding to the view nodes options wouldn't work as you can't disable viewing the search node as that wouldn't allow you to search anymore.

I meant "None (Show all Tracks)" FilterLowlander wrote:I don't understand what you mean, what are none views?
Let me try and explain myself
Now you can select which fields are searchable (I'm using 3.1.0.1224)
Tools > Options > Library > Search
That's good, but I'd like it to ALSO be in
Tools > Options > Library > Filters & Views > Configure
So each filter can search the fields it wants.
Tools > Options > Library > Search
would change it only for the "None (Show all Tracks)" Filter
