1247 Floating Now Playing track right-click fail [#5648]

1 Float Now Playing
2 Exit and launch
3 On Now Playing, right-click a track and click Properties

Expected: Properties dialog
Observed: none.

Likewise fail all other track right menu commands and all title bar right-click menu commands.

[EDIT:] On a previous version I reported "After exit and launch, result was as Expected." but this one instance could have been with other steps between #2 and #3.

I have the same problem. I'm trying to check "View|Dock to Window" but this command fails like all the other commands

Thanks I now find it is fully reproduceable with the expanded sequence I have edited in to the OP.
