iTouch 3.0 won't sync anymore :(

I'm running iTunes 8 ver 8.2.0.23 & the latest MM ver 3.1.0.1256.

With my iTouch plugged in to my confuzer when starting MM I get a message:

"The iPhone/iPod firmeware is not compatible with this version of MediaMonkey. You'll be able to view the contents of the device, but will not be able to write to it."

And they aren't kidding, when I try to sync nothing get written to my iTouch.

Any suggestions?

There is a complete thread about this for the Iphone with os 3.0, they are working on it but may be awhile
