Remote Desktop into Multiple Monitors

Computer 1 has multiple monitors. MediaMonkey is running on the secondary monitor. I remote desktop from another computer. MM is the only application that doesn't automatically jump back to be visible on the now single monitor remote desktop. To add to the problem I can't use the task bar's move function to get MM back into view. The only way to get MM back into view it to exit and restart.
